Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving reasons.
Unless otherwise agreed, the cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can initiate your withdrawal via your customer account using "Request a return", or you can inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or a letter sent by post):

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will have to pay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that arise from you choosing a type of delivery other than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us have) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of the contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within thirty days. The deadline is granted if you send the goods before the deadline of thirty days has expired.
Unless otherwise agreed, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
The right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal) does not apply to goods, especially clothing, if the goods have been washed by the customer after delivery. For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal for face masks no longer applies once the customer has taken possession of them.
Furthermore, the right of cancellation (right of withdrawal) does not apply to rentals for goods (e.g. rental from Mary by sticklett) and clothing. Rents already paid including all additional costs (e.g. delivery costs) cannot be refunded.
