Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

Unless otherwise agreed, the cancellation period shall be thirty days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration, e.g. by email to hello@sticklett.com or by post (sticklett technologies GmbH, Primoschgasse 3, A-9020 Klagenfurt am Wörthersee).

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to return the goods to us within thirty days at the latest. You can download and print our returns form here. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling by you that goes beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g. damage, significant signs of wear and tear). This also applies if parts of the product are missing or if the goods were damaged during return transit because they were not packed properly by you. Please therefore ensure that the packaging is secure for transport to avoid damage and any associated loss of value.

For goods, in particular clothing, the right of withdrawal (right to cancel) does not apply if the goods have been washed and worn by the customer after delivery and show clearly visible signs of wear. The same applies to MARY by sticklett if the clothing included in the order has been washed and worn by the customer after delivery.
